Artist Content & Ownership
Artists and users retain ownership of the music, artwork, videos, branding, and other content they upload to Album Server.
By uploading content, you grant Album Server LLC and Album Server a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, display, stream, distribute, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform and provide requested services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for all uploaded content.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use Album Server to:
- Upload infringing, stolen, or unauthorized content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful software
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
